「The Eastern New Narrative at the “Ten Thousand Horses Galloping” Roundtable
The horse’s hooves rise as the tide comes in… | 2026 Bingwu Year of the Horse: New products from the third generation of the Grand Realm Huaxian modern Chinese style – “new arrivals”」

Rising from Bo Le's gaze…

The sound of hooves crosses millennia of time and space.

It was once the scorching breath amidst the flames of Battle of Red Cliffs

It is the gentle and orderly procession mentioned in the poem “Ji Cha Wo Ma” from The Book of Songs

It is also that vigorous, heavenly line present in the Qian trigram of the I Ching.

Horses, these dragons of the earth…

Turn speed into a totem

Inscribe companionship into the fabric of civilization……

The figure of the horse has long transcended its tangible form, becoming a spiritual gene that flows deep within civilization. It embodies the auspicious connotations of Chinese culture, representing a warm expression of the harmonious relationship between humans and all things, as well as the boundless realm of imaginative creativity ; It also carries the glory and resilience of the West, writing chapters of loyalty and fearlessness on the field of history. From the philosophical insights of the Qian trigram in the I Ching to the loyalty of the Red Hare, from the agility of horses galloping through the air to their swift runs atop the Alps, horses have, in their diverse forms, connected the threads of civilizations throughout history and across cultures.

From tales of divine steeds and fine horses amidst the smoke of battle, to the endless praise for horses expressed in the writings of literati,

Horses have long surpassed the status of mere creatures.

“Ride the swift steed and gallop forth; come, my companion, and lead me on this path. Through this complete metaphorical representation of the spirit of the swift steed—from its vigorous pace to its graceful posture—; Transform traditional spiritual imagery into tangible, modern materials. Under the guidance of Mr. Wang Jinfeng, the craftsmen followed traditional techniques and spent two years meticulously crafting these Eastern auspicious horses, thereby bringing to life a new Eastern narrative in the [Ten Thousand Horses Galloping] roundtable design.

This round table represents a spiritual imagery related to the concept of “surging forward”; Capturing the moment when a horse’s hooves leave the ground, we freeze that moment of poised energy in a five-layered, golden design resembling hooves stacked one atop another. It’s not an attempt to recreate the shape of a single horse, but rather to capture the essence of thousands of horses galloping together. This magnificent image has been skillfully detached from its historical context and placed gently upon the table legs, where it now resides in the warmth of everyday family gatherings.

During these gatherings, culture is no longer a distant concept; it becomes tangible details within sight, the warmth one can feel in the palm of their hand. The vitality inherent in traditional “progress” transforms into a warm energy that brings people together.

Five layers of hoof beats, a cross that reaches to the heavens

Five layers of golden hoof patterns stacked one atop another, each representing a step forward in progress, subtly embody the traditional concept of “thousands of horses galloping.” These patterns not only convey the essence of “vigorous advancement and vitality” inherent in Chinese culture through their tangible form but also break away from the symbolic heaviness of such imagery, transforming into a delicate and elegant detail that adds charm to the dining table.

"The number five also embodies positive connotations such as “fortune, prosperity, longevity, happiness, and wealth,” as well as symbols of bountiful harvests.

The horses return home, bringing peace and harmony

The wooden round table, carved like black jade, continues the theme of reunion. It is supported by a cross-shaped base, echoing the sturdy design tradition of Chinese woodworking; The smooth texture of the central marble balances out the heaviness of the wood and the luxury of the gold, allowing the “thickness of the disc, the clarity of the stone patterns, and the sharpness of the golden hooves” to interweave and create a harmonious blend of materials that achieves the balance characteristic of modern Chinese aesthetics.

Perhaps the dissemination of culture requires such a tangible, usable medium, because only when our culture is integrated into everyday life can it truly be remembered by people.

Throughout the long history of China, the horse has been a symbol of loyalty, courage, and power. However, our horse culture has gradually been forgotten over the course of the past 400 years. We hope to regain our cultural confidence by reviving memories of horses. Let us together explore this forgotten history and rediscover the spiritual forces that are ingrained in our very being.

The essence of high-quality objects lies in their ability to embody form and character, while also conveying spirit and essence. The ingenuity of the third-generation Grand Realm Huaxian-style modern Chinese design lies not in creating a “table that looks like a horse,” but rather in merging the elegant grace of a spirited steed with the warm and refined essence of traditional Chinese living. It is about fusing the vigor of a knight, the sharpness of a competitive arena, the spirit of nature, and the elegance of Chinese culture to create a high-end spiritual space for living. The moment one sits around such a table, they come to understand what it means to say, “That which is metaphysical is called the Way; that which is physical is called a vessel.”

Step by step, wealth is earned; with every hoof, gold is stained

Without replicating the intricate design of traditional dining tables, nor indulging in superficial reproductions of horse imagery, this approach successfully brings the cultural spirit of “thousands of horses galloping” into the contemporary family dining setting, infusing it with an air of auspiciousness.

Carved with auspicious symbols, these divine horses bring good fortune to every household.

Four sets of five golden hoof-shaped decorations stacked one atop another, representing steady progress and advancement at each level—each meticulously crafted and imbued with a sense of time and heritage.

The texture is like bristles

On the dark wooden disc, the smooth grain pattern is meticulously carved to recreate the flowing effect of a horse’s long mane in the wind. Each line of the pattern captures the elegant texture of the mane, extending the imagery of the “horse” from the hoof-shaped legs of the table to the grain of its surface, thus forming an invisible spiritual connection throughout the object; This is not just a visual simulation; it’s also an invitation to the sense of touch—your fingertips moving across the surface, as if touching the very flow and warmth of life itself. Wood, from then on, is no longer a static material; it becomes a skin that embodies breath and movement.

When the family gathers around, the mane visible to the eyes, the warmth of the wood under the fingertips, the golden hooves caught in the peripheral vision… Every time a fork is raised, it is a gentle encounter between texture and spiritual imagery.

The combination of black and gold creates a dark horse ready to burst forth into action—where the outcome is still uncertain, both you and I are the protagonists in this journey forward.

Equestrian spirit: Restrained elegance

In its design, the philosophy of life art that is inherent in equestrianism is incorporated into the brand’s language system, blending craftsmanship, functionality, and style.

The spirit of modern equestrian sports: the balance between power and control. The dining table transforms the image of “surging force” into restrained lines, internalizing “power” within a stable and solid structure. What it expresses is not a wild release of energy, but rather a refined elegance, a composed calmness that has been carefully cultivated over time. This is a philosophy of life that emphasizes moderation in both progress and retreat, a concept highly valued in modern Eastern cultures.

The elegant essence inherent in equestrian sports continues to evolve, with an ever-expanding spirit of excellence driving its progress forward

Stacked golden hooves, symbolizing the fierce energy and speed seen in equestrian competitions: It embodies both the grandeur of a thousand horses galloping forth and the spirit of gradual progress inherent in equestrian sports, allowing the vibrant energy of the arena to be reflected in the delicate details of the dining experience ;

The elegance of a dark horse and the speed of its golden hooves are precisely what embody the spirit of teamwork between rider and horse in equestrian sports on a daily basis: From the synchronized efforts of those on the field to the gathered friends and family around the dinner table, the camaraderie and warmth inherent in equestrian sports are integrated into every moment of leisure and enjoyment.

The story of horses never ends; it merely migrates from the vast fields of battle into the veins of civilization. As we gather and come into contact with it, it gathers its strength in silence, always rushing forward through time: It folds the heroic spirit of going to war into the cornerstones of home, hides the posture of defying the wind within the traces of light, and uses the gentle sounds of dishes and utensils to uphold the warmth of every meal.

When the warmth of our palms overlaps with the imagery of a thousand years, we understand that that horse from the East has always been there, standing still, carrying all those distant places we have yet to reach.

May we all possess the spirit of Dragon and Horse

Filled with blessings and good wishes

Set off right away
